For Twitch, you can find the RTMP server URL here: Recommended Twitch Ingest Endpoints For You, for example: rtmps://ingest.global-contribute.live-video.net/app/. For YouTube, you can find it in the stream settings when setting up a new stream. Kick will show you the URL under Settings > Stream Key. If you have problems connecting, try changing "rtmp://..." to "rtmps://...".
