How to Play Carved in Gold Hold and Win

Carved in Gold Hold and Win takes place on a massive 7x7 stone grid where traditional winlines are replaced by Cluster Rewards. To win, connect five or more identical symbols horizontally or vertically anywhere on the grid. After a winning cluster forms, the symbols vanish in a cascade, letting new icons drop down to create consecutive winning opportunities on a single spin. Choose your total play value using the buttons below the grid and press spin to start. Low-reward icons consist of carved stone playing card ranks, while high-reward icons display colorful ancient masks in blue, green, purple, and red. Gold Coins carry cash values ranging from 1x to 10x your play value, while Collect symbols gather nearby coin values into direct rewards.

Gameplay and Features

The action intensifies whenever Gold Coin and Collect symbols drop onto the 7x7 grid. When Collect symbols form part of a winning cluster alongside Gold Coins during the base game, they immediately sum up all coin values in that cluster to reward direct prizes.

The main attraction is the Hold and Win Feature, which triggers when Gold Coins and Collect symbols accumulate and randomly activate the respin round. The regular grid shifts to a specialized reel set containing only Gold Coins, Collect symbols, and blank spaces. You begin the feature with three respins. Every time a new prize symbol lands, it locks into place and resets your respin counter back to three.

During this hold and win mechanics round, Collect symbols gather the values of all currently locked prize symbols on the grid. Filling set numbers of grid positions unlocks one of four fixed jackpot rewards: Mini (15x), Minor (25x), Major (100x), or Grand (1,000x your play value).

For players who prefer immediate access to feature rounds, options to play the feature directly allow instant entry into the respin action. On our social casino, you can test your luck on this ancient ruin adventure alongside a massive selection of other popular online slots.

Wintable

Understanding how cluster sizes translate into multipliers helps track your wins across the 7x7 grid. Five or more matching symbols connected horizontally or vertically form a winning cluster, with larger clusters granting higher multipliers of your total play value.
