Book of Riches Deluxe: Chapter 2 is a high volatility slot, meaning the experience is intense, but the rewards can be huge. The game features a good RTP of 96.49%. It is set on a standard 5-reel, 3-row layout and includes the classic 10 win-lines. The biggest goal to hit is the massive x10,000 times the value of your play.

How to Play Book of Riches Deluxe: Chapter 2

The game uses a classic 5x3 grid with 10 fixed win-lines. To secure a win, you must match symbols across the win-lines, starting from the leftmost reel. The symbols include explorers, sphinxes, and treasures, all set against an Egyptian backdrop.

The key symbol is the Book itself. It acts as both the Wild, substituting for all other symbols, and the Scatter, triggering the Free Spins feature. The game also features a special Jackpot Mania feature, which provides an extra way to land fixed prizes. All focus is on landing the Book symbol to unlock the high-potential features.

Gameplay and Bonuses

The main excitement comes from the Free Spins feature, which is the heart of any "Book of" style game. When you land three or more Book symbols (the Wild/Scatter), you are awarded 10 free spins. Before the spins begin, a symbol is randomly chosen to become the special Growing Symbol.

Whenever this Growing Symbol lands during Free Spins, it expands vertically to cover the entire reel. The best part is that these expanding symbols pay out even if they are not on adjacent reels. Additionally, the game includes the Jackpot Mania feature, which is another way to win fixed prizes. This feature often involves collecting special symbols and is a bonus opportunity that helps make the slot a full package of action.

Our Verdict

Book of Riches Deluxe: Chapter 2 is a great slot that successfully delivers the excitement of the popular Egyptian adventure theme. I thought Ruby Play did a fantastic job of adding the Jackpot Mania feature alongside the classic expanding symbols in Free Spins, giving players two different ways to aim for big prizes.

The high volatility ensures that the play is intense, perfectly matching the enormous x10,000 max win potential. The 96.49% RTP is also a strong point. If you love the classic expanding symbol bonus but are looking for a modern version with extra jackpot opportunities, this slot is an excellent choice for your next quest.
