Gameplay and Features

The core attraction of this slot is the Coin Blitz Hold and Win feature. It activates when you land five or more of the Gold Coin symbols anywhere on the reels. Once triggered, you are transported to a special screen where the triggering coins lock in place. You begin with three re-spins. Every time a new Gold Coin lands, it locks onto the grid and resets your spin counter back to three. This cycle continues until you run out of spins or fill the entire screen.

What makes this feature truly stand out is the Grid Expand mechanic.

Special Coin Blitz symbols can land to increase the size of the reels up to a massive 8x8 layout. Other special symbols can apply a Boost, increasing the value of existing locked coins.

The Gold Coins carry various prize multipliers or one of four fixed jackpots. You can secure a Mini jackpot rewarding x20 your spin value, a Minor jackpot rewarding x50, a Major jackpot rewarding x100, or a Mega jackpot rewarding x1000.

If you successfully expand the grid to 8x8 and fill all 64 positions before running out of spins, you receive an additional Grand prize of 10,000 times your spin value. This massive prize combined with other collected coins creates the maximum win potential of x20,000.

During the main game, you might also experience Flaming Respins. This feature randomly locks winning symbols in place and grants a respin, allowing you to collect more matching symbols or multipliers to increase your reward.

This keeps the base gameplay dynamic and full of action. For players who prefer immediate access to the main event, there is an option to play the feature directly, letting you jump straight into the Coin Blitz action.

Our Verdict

This title is an excellent choice for players who appreciate a classic gold theme combined with highly scalable mechanics.

The expanding grid adds a unique twist to the typical Hold and Win format, keeping the gameplay fresh and full of surprises. The visuals are crisp, the pacing is excellent, and the Flaming Respins ensure the main game stays engaging while you wait for the main Coin Blitz feature. Knowing that filling an 8x8 grid rewards a massive fixed prize gives you a clear and exciting goal during your session.

Overall, Booming Games successfully merges retro charm with modern mechanics, delivering a top-tier social casino experience that stands out in a crowded market.
