3 Pots Riches Hold and Win is a medium-to-high volatility slot, meaning you can expect balanced play that still aims for major rewards. The Return to Player (RTP) is 95.76%. It uses a standard 5-reel, 3-row grid with 25 fixed win-lines. The game is attractive because of its huge maximum potential prize of x16,746.

How to Play 3 Pots Riches Hold and Win

The game is played on a standard 5x3 grid with 25 fixed win-lines. To secure a win, you must match symbols across the win-lines, starting from the leftmost reel. Symbols include classic Irish items like horseshoes, harps, and pints of beer.

The tall Leprechaun Wild symbols help you by substituting for all regular symbols. The Wilds can also carry an x2 multiplier during the Free Spins feature. Look for the Scatter symbol to trigger the Free Spins, and watch out for the Bonus symbols and Clover Coins. Any of these Clover Coins landing may randomly trigger the main bonus round, or you can trigger it directly by landing six or more combined Bonus Symbols and Clover Coins.

Gameplay and Bonuses

The game is named after its main attraction, the Hold and Win Bonus Round, which is played with three special pot features: Double, Mystery, and Collect. When triggered, you get three respins to start, and any new prize symbol resets the counter.

The three pot features work in the following ways during the bonus:

Double: This feature is active during the Hold and Win round and can boost your prize values.
Mystery: Mystery symbols can land to award extra large prizes.
Collect: This feature gathers up the prizes from symbols on the screen.

The bonus round also features four fixed jackpots. The Mini, Minor, and Major jackpots are worth 15x, 50x, and 150x your play, respectively. The huge 5,000x Grand Jackpot is awarded automatically if you manage to fill all 15 cells of the grid with symbols during the feature. A separate Free Spins mode also exists, where Wilds apply an x2 multiplier.

Our Verdict

3 Pots Riches Hold and Win is an excellent slot that stands out with its dynamic bonus package. I found the blend of the Hold and Win feature with the three modifying pots (Double, Mystery, and Collect) to be very fun and unique. The Irish theme is hardly unique, but as games like Lucky Penny and Rainbow Stacks have proved, that particular genre never goes out of fashion!

The medium-to-high volatility makes the gameplay dynamic, and the amazing max win potential of x16,746 is a major draw. The only drawback is that the RTP is slightly below average. Overall, the smooth graphics and the many ways to win large fixed prizes make this a truly engaging Irish adventure.
